		<description>After reading the University&#039;s Announcement &quot;Details of university offer to GEO&quot; (http://illinois.edu/lb/article/13/31970) I was left in shock about the 11th hour claims. I agree completely with what was stated above, considering that the tuition waivers have been discussed for months now in all of the releases from the GEO. I must express my disappointment in the university regarding this issue, considering the facts that have presented above. If &quot;the university has never intended to furlough graduate assistants,&quot; why not make that a part of the contract language in the manner the GEO is asking for? I am interested to see how this will turn out in the long run.</description>
